Before your session: You'll receive a brief intake form asking about your background, what you want to explore, and any boundaries or concerns. This helps me tailor the session to exactly what you need.
During your session: We'll talk, ask questions, and I'll offer guidance based on your situation. In teaching sessions, you'll practice techniques, use tools, and get real-time feedback. Everything is paced for your comfort.
After your session: You'll leave with clarity, confidence, and practical tools to continue exploring on your own or with a partner.
Confidentiality: Everything you share stays between us. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be completely honest.
